Cotswold Heating Solutions is one of the UK's leading providers of electric heating and hot water solutions for domestic and commercial clients. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an additional person to join our small, busy, and friendly team. Specialising in the installation of planet-friendly, energy-saving electric heating and hot water solutions, we offer customers a full turn-key service with an emphasis on high quality, innovative products and quality of service.
This role will primarily focus on post-sales administration, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience following their purchase. There will be lots of opportunity to build relationships with our valuable customers, ensuring they receive the very best service. With training, you will become knowledgeable about our products and become a passionate ambassador for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Post-Sales Support:
* Coordinate and schedule installations/repairs with customers and engineers.
* Manage customer expectations regarding timelines and service delivery.
* Liaise with engineers to resolve any on-site issues promptly.
* Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
* Customer Service:
* Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
* Provide accurate and timely information on products and services.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience in a customer service role (preferred), with a focus on post-sales administration.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
