We are looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team.

Your main responsibilities as a Breakfast Chef will include:
1. Overlooking the preparation and service of the Breakfast buffet (up to 500 guests)Ensuring the preparation and service of function breaks and lunches (up to 130 guests) Assisting Head Chef in the supervision of kitchen production, and to participating in the food productionEnsuring that the function provides the highest food quality consistent with cost control and profitability marginsManaging stock in order to minimise waste and maximise qualityMonitoring and training junior staff to follow all applicable laws, especially in regards to food safety and sanitationResponsible for food preparation for our A La Carte menu.You will be required to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, whilst ensuring a high-quality product.In this role you will be responsible for strict stock rotation and minimum wastage. You will be responsible for organising an assigned section and will need to ensure it runs efficiently and productively. You will be required to monitor stock daily, and advise the Head Chef of product requirements in advance.
The shifts are from 5:30am, 5 days a week with 2 consecutive days off, subject to business demand.
