National Account Manager - Anti-infectives - Midlands/Yorkshire
Must have significant experience working with Generics or Wholesalers

The company is currently managing over 180 well-established products in more than 80 countries and has broad expertise in several therapeutic areas including critical care, anti-infectives, endocrinology, oncology, and rare disease medicines, making them a partner of choice for the commercialization of specialty and hospital pharmaceuticals.
They are now looking to appoint a talented National Account Manager at the location shown.
Main purpose of role:
* To deliver sales, margin, and forecast accuracy for agreed wholesaler accounts.
* Prepare, present, and execute a business plan to deliver revenue and EBITDA targets to support the achievement of agreed targets.
* Drive growth in sales and profit in agreed accounts to achieve and exceed targets while developing and maintaining impactful commercial relationships with key stakeholders across all commercial pillars of the UK commercial organization.
* To be responsible for the successful management of a specific group of Wholesale and Retail accounts that support the achievement of short and medium-term goals.
* Deliver agreed Net Sales and Margin in line with expectations for key customers.
* Develop and implement joint working, sales & channel plans to attain individual target - monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales & profit targets.
* Responsible for any commercial deals for defined customers, including price management and customer incentives.
* Build a strong relationship with buyers, middle & senior stakeholders within focus customers across the retail market.
The ideal qualifications and experience are:
* Must have relevant experience in the promotion of Generic medicines.
* Understanding of strategy - Portfolio, Product, and customer strategies that support both the client and the customer.
* Be accountable and manage effective communication with stakeholders, mapping contact matrices to ensure effective communication is maintained while understanding the impact that communication can have.
* Proven track record of achieving ambitious targets in a competitive environment.
* A proven track record of developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships that support the business.
* An understanding of the ABPI code of practice.
* Strong understanding of the UK Pharmaceutical Market (Supply Chain/Reimbursement/Regulatory).
* Effective negotiation skills.
* Understanding of demand planning.
* Project management.
