This role will involve leading a growing team of Architects, driving the technical direction of the organisation and implementing a new architectural approach/framework.

This role would suit someone who has a strong understand of both technical and business architecture and how to maximise outcomes in both areas.
Key Responsibilities Accountable for the long-term enterprise IT strategy and IT product roadmap, including application platforms and IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability and adaptability to the organisation's changing needs.
Work with senior business stakeholders, change management and technology colleagues to develop business strategy and IT strategy.
Ensure Business, Data, Change and Technology alignment through a collaborative, supportive and consultative manner to translate and executes business strategy to achieve desired business outcomes.
Establish standards for architectural involvement and governance within an agile environment Establish and Chair Technology governance groups to oversee the architectural and technical choices and approve any changes or exceptions to the agreed standards; Periodically provide assurance to the Board that the IT architecture is well designed, aligns to the business strategy and industry best practice.
Required qualifications/experience Proven experience in a Chief Architect / Head of Architecture role.
Experience of leading teams of Architects (Solutions and Enterprise).
Experience of both technical and business architecture.
Strong Microsoft background, in particular, Azure, D365, M365.
Demonstrable track record in presenting technology-based proposals and designs to senior stakeholders.
Experience in setting up and chairing a technology assurance groups to oversee the governance of an IT architecture.
Proven level of experience of leading and delivering complex change and strategy development programmes in a politically sensitive and complex environment.
