At Deloitte we relooking for Collections Agents to join a Financial Health andSupport Team who work in partnership with a wellknown RetailBanking Client operating within a highvolume inbound call centreenvironment.

Rate:
EquivalentAnnual Salary:£29858.21
AgreedContractor Rate: £114.84 (Post deduction of all employercosts)
TraditionalDay Rate Equivalent: £150
Youwill be paid viaPAYE
WorkingHours:
Full Time. Mondayto Friday between 8am to 8pm Saturday 9am to5pm
Typicalshift pattern includes 1 Saturday in 3 and 2 late shifts perweek.
RoleOverview:
TheCollections Agents will handle a large number of calls speakingwith customers who are facing financial difficulty completingincome and expenditure forms and creatingappropriatearrearssolutions. Thereis a key focus on vulnerable customers using the TEXAS framework toidentify effectively and support them with their financialhealth.
These roles would suitcandidates with a customercentric mindset who can work to a highlevel of accuracy in a resultsorientated and qualitycontrolledenvironment. The ideal candidate will have prior financial healthand collections experience gained in financial services orutilities. Responsibilities:
* Handle ahigh volume of calls and speaking with customers to understandtheir circumstances go through income and expenditure forms andcreate appropriate arrearssolutions.
* Work towards high productivityand quality standards set by theproject.
* Offer specialised support forvulnerablecustomers.
* Escalate any issues to the TeamLeader.
MUST haveRequirements:
* Minimum of 3 monthsconsecutive experience in collections working in Financial Servicesor 6 months consecutive experience inUtilities.
* High volume inbound call centreexperience.
* Evidence of working withvulnerable customers. Knowledge of the TEXAS or other vulnerabilitymodels isdesired.
Skills Required:
* Previous collections debt orarrears managementexperience.
* Experience of speaking withvulnerable customers andsignposting.
* Excellent telephone manner andstrong communicationskills.
* Experience of following processesand working in a regulatedenvironment.
* A genuine passion for greatcustomer service and helpingothers.
* A strong work ethic andresilience with the ability to work well in a fastpacedenvironment.
* Good MS Officeskills.
