Job Overview : LITTA is looking for a Supply (Partner) Manager to take ownership of building, managing, and scaling our network of carrier partners across the UK. This role is crucial to ensuring we have the supply capacity, service quality, and geographic coverage needed to meet growing customer demand and support national expansion. You’ll be responsible for bringing new suppliers on board, onboarding and training them, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring consistent operational performance. You’ll act as the voice of our partners internally feeding insights back to our product and operations teams to drive continuous improvement and make the supplier experience as seamless as possible. Key Accountabilities: Supplier Growth & Onboarding Design and execute a structured supplier acquisition strategy, bringing new carriers onto the platform in key regions. Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey, from first contact through to go-live, ensuring every supplier is properly trained and compliant. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding materials and build scalable training systems. Relationship Management & Partner Success Develop trusted, long-term relationships with suppliers, becoming their go-to point of contact within LITTA. Deliver ongoing training and support to ensure partners meet service standards and maximise earning potential. Actively manage retention and performance, identifying risks early and resolving issues quickly. Performance Management & Quality Control Monitor and report on partner KPIs including job acceptance rates, punctuality, customer feedback, and documentation compliance. Work with the operations and finance teams to ensure fair pricing and incentives, supporting partner profitability and motivation. Create clear performance dashboards and lead regular reviews with key suppliers or support with the creation of this. Product Feedback & Process Improvement Champion the voice of the supplier internally—capturing pain points, feature requests, and operational inefficiencies. Provide structured, data-led feedback to product and engineering teams to help improve the partner experience. Contribute to the design of self-serve tools and automated workflows that reduce friction and support scale. Scaling & Strategic Input Support the expansion of LITTA into new cities and regions by ensuring supply is built ahead of demand. Use data to spot gaps in coverage and proactively resolve supply bottlenecks. Lead on local supplier engagement initiatives, events, and retention strategies to create a sense of community. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience & Skills 3 years’ experience in a supplier/partner management, logistics, or operational account management role, ideally in a platform model. Proven track record of onboarding, training, and scaling external workforces or suppliers. Highly organised and process-driven, with the ability to scale partner operations across multiple regions. Strong communicator and relationship builder —comfortable engaging suppliers at all levels. Commercially sharp with a data-led mindset ; confident interpreting performance metrics and driving action. Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM, workforce management tools, and performance dashboards.
