We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Liquidity Regulation Manager to join our Liquidity Management team within Balance Sheet Management to ensure our regulatory processes are robust, accurate, and up to date.
Reporting to the Senior Manager and based at our Head Office in Leeds, you will be responsible for the ongoing management and monitoring of financial regulatory rules applicable to the Society. You will ensure that interpretations, judgements, and assumptions are fully documented and governed appropriately and that associated processes are updated in line with regulatory changes.
The Role:
* Regulatory Reporting: Support regulatory reporting projects to ensure full accuracy and documentation of applicable requirements.
* Documentation: Develop and maintain a standardized approach to regulatory documentation and translation.
* Governance: Establish and embed governance protocols for regulatory interpretations, judgements, and assumptions (IJAs).
* Communication: Ensure any changes are adequately communicated and embedded across the organization.
* Consultancy: Act as a regulatory regulation SME within Balance Sheet Management, providing best practice advice.
The Candidate:
* Extensive knowledge of liquidity regulation and regulatory reporting.
* Experience in documenting regulatory requirements.
* Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work well within a team and excellent self-management skills.
* Ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
* Delivery focused ability to work to tight deadlines.
