We are expanding with a new sister company and are seeking an experienced, professional, and driven Front of House Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients and to oversee the smooth intake and management of bespoke jewellery projects. Role Overview
The Front of House Coordinator will be the central hub for client engagement and job management, ensuring seamless communication between our expert production team and our valued clients. You will handle job creation, invoicing, scheduling, and customer communications across multiple channels, ensuring a premium experience reflective of our esteemed brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement
o Greet clients, manage appointments, and maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment.
o Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online portals.
2. Job Coordination
o Manage and process job creation for bespoke jewellery casting and production.
o Accurately track jobs from intake to completion, ensuring client specifications are met.
3. Administrative Duties
o Prepare and issue client invoices, track payments, and maintain financial records.
o Manage scheduling and coordinate timelines for production and delivery.
4. Support Functions
o Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure accurate job fulfilment.
o Assist in maintaining databases and production logs for effective workflow management.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in a front-of-house, customer service, or administrative role within a high-end jewellery, luxury goods, or manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of jewellery production processes including precious metal casting, CAD, and 3D printing.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in invoicing, scheduling, and customer management systems.
* A passion for jewellery craftsmanship and luxury brand standards.
