Suffolkand North East Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB) is committed to providingtop-notch digital support services to ensure efficient and effective healthcaredelivery. We are looking for a Digital and IT Support Analyst and Administratorto join our team. This role is crucial in providing first-line support andadministrative services to our digital team, ensuring seamless operationsacross the board.
Main duties of the job
1. Service Desk Support: Monitor the service desk queue and provide first-line support, liaising with 2nd and 3rd line support as needed.
2. Smart Card Access: Handle ad-hoc creation, amendment, and deletion of smart card access, fulfilling Registration Authority (RA) responsibilities.
3. Administrative Support: Assist the Associate Director and digital team with business administration, including minute-taking, diary coordination, and organizing meetings.
4. Communication & Reporting: Maintain regular communication with various stakeholders, ensuring timely reporting and updates.
5. Information Management: Support the maintenance of information systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
6. Service Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital services in line with the IT strategy.
7. Cross-Departmental Support: Provide coverage and support across departments as needed, including in emergency situations.

The role encompasses a first line supportfunction for the digital team including an ad-hoc RA requests. It also providesadmin support covering the team mailbox, holiday and sickness recording, alongwith business administrative support to the Associate Director and the team.
