Commis Chefs in our team embrace every opportunity to contribute to creating exceptional food for our guests and providing a personal experience that our guests will want to share.
* Assisting the Chef de Partie with preparation of mis-en-place and cooking food to the requiredhigh standards.
* Preparing dishes so they are ready for guests at the right time, in line with brand standards.
* Ensuring equipment and workspaces are kept clean and tidy and in line with food hygiene requirements.
