Job Description Our client are an established independent property managing agent, that have built an impressive business through recommendations and word of mouth, amassing an impressive portfolio of residential blocks under their management throughout SE London and North Kent. Due to the award of new residential blocks, they are currently in search of an additional Property Manager, responsible for overseeing a manageable portfolio of residential blocks located across SE London and North Kent. Duties will include h andling a comprehensive range of block management tasks from budgeting to delivering maintenance/projects that will include contractor management, customer service, chairing AGM's, Service Charge budget preparation and Section 20 consultation. The ideal Property Manager will possess a stable career history, the ability and preference to work with autonomy, and experience dealing with diverse blocks and estates, ranging from purpose-built structures and larger new developments, to smaller conversions. The salary for the successful Property Manager is circa £45k with some flexibility, with periodic reviews and increases based on tenure and performance.
