Role Purpose
Reporting to the Team Leader, BOH Supervisor & BOH Duty Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high performance standards across all aspects of ramp and baggage handling. Your role involves meeting customer requirements, maintaining health and safety standards, and adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
What you will be doing
1. On-load and off-load baggage manually or mechanically, following relevant training.
2. Undertake baggage sortation duties safely and efficiently, setting up flights, using BRS & Brock scanner when required.
3. Conduct area hazard checks.
4. Perform aircraft inspections.
5. Carry out equipment inspections, including pre-trip, daily, and weekly checks.
6. Report faults or irregularities with equipment, facilities, or processes to management.
7. Perform towing, pushback, and headset duties, communicating with the flight deck as trained.
8. Operate and remove relevant company GSE safely and efficiently, following training.
9. Provide de-icing services during winter operations as trained.
10. Adhere to company uniform standards.
