Elevation HR are delighted to be partnering with one of our established Manufacturing businesses in Sheffield who are now looking for an experienced Reward Partner to deliver a comprehensive reward and benefits service to its employees.

The role will be responsible for delivering a range of annual compensation activities ensuring the business attracts, retains and develops talent, ensuring the connection between performance and reward. Critically the role will truly partner with both HR and business stakeholders to ensure Reward is implemented successfully within the business.
Key responsibilities of the Reward Partner are:
* Lead on annual cyclical reward and benefits activities, including annual reviews and renewals as well as pay and benefits
* Work collaboratively with providers and senior stakeholders to ensure competitive best practices and providing advice and support when needed
* Manage third party relationships e.g benefits providers, pensions administrator
* Data analysis, offering in depth reporting on BAU reward activities as well as project progression, making recommendations for improvements
* Manage the job evaluation and pay benchmarking process (Willis Towers Watson desirable)
The ideal candidate will have:
* 5+ years experience within Reward and Benefits facilitation
* Strong commercial acumen
* Strong people and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact and influence all level of stakeholder
