The Role: As our dynamic Apprenticeship Manager, you'll lead the charge in overseeing accountancy apprenticeship programmes (Levels 2, 3, 4, and 7). You'll inspire and manage a team of skills coaches, ensuring exceptional training and compliance. Plus, you'll spearhead the development of new Level 4 programmes and adapt to evolving standards. Key Responsibilities: Programme Management: Drive the planning, delivery, and evaluation of apprenticeship programmes. Ensure compliance and boost completion rates. Team Leadership: Empower and manage the apprenticeship team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with employers and key stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Monitor training quality and champion continuous improvements. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure programmes meet regulatory requirements and maintain precise records. Adaptation to Changes: Keep programmes fresh and aligned with industry standards. System Management: Innovate and enhance e-portfolio and data management systems. Learner Support: Provide expert guidance and swiftly address concerns. Qualifications: Proven experience in managing apprenticeship programmes, ideally in accountancy. Deep understanding of apprenticeship standards (Levels 2, 3, 4, and 7). Experience with Ofsted inspections and compliance. Stellar leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Desirable: Relevant qualifications in education, training, or management.
