Marketing Manager EMEA Reporting directly to the Head of EMEA Marketing, the Marketing Manager EMEA will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and enhancing our brand presence within specific countries in the region, such as GB & Ireland or Southern Europe, while collaborating closely with Independent Distributors (ID’S) across EMEA. The ideal candidate will be a professional marketeer have a strong background in B2B marketing, possess exceptional collaboration and communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRegional Marketing Strategy Development:Collaborate with the Head of EMEA Marketing to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the designated region, ensuring alignment with global objectives and market trends.Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth within the assigned region.Collaborate with the EMEA and HQ team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing goals and objectives.Monitor, analyze and report on market trends, partner/customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.Independent Distributor Collaboration:Build strong relationships with ID’s in the EMEA region.Manage Partnership Development Program and collaborate with Independent Distributors to co-develop marketing activities.Provide guidance to ID’s for successful local marketing campaigns.Track and evaluate the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives.Public Relations and Social Media:Localise and distribute corporate press releases and manage global PR campaigns at a local level.Create PR and Social Media content that resonates with the local target audience, reflecting the unique cultural and market nuances of the countries.Lead and manage relationships with local industry media, SM and industry influencers.Respond to media inquiries and manage local media communications effectively in alignment with EMEA Management. Strategic Partnerships:Lead relationships with local strategic partners and stakeholders.Support Head of EMEA with identifying and monitoring region wide sponsorship/partnership agreements.Develop and manage the marketing value of sponsorship/strategic partnership agreements.Marketing Communications:Manage localisation and implementation of integrated marketing communication strategies to reach target audiences.Manage creation of compelling content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.Manage creation of local sales enablement tools.Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.Exhibition and Event Management:Develop and manage an annual local plan of educational seminars/workshops in association with Head of EAS EMEA.Develop local plan for exhibitions and industry events in alignment with global events strategy.Develop local partner events strategy to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.Manage and support EMEA Marketing Coordinator/ Event Management & Marketing Admin in local event/exhibition execution.Measure the impact and effectiveness of educational programs and events using KPI’s. Partner Marketing Support:Assist Subsidiary Managing Director/Commercial Manager and International Sales Manager to strategically co-develop partner marketing activities.Support Partner Enablement with partner communications, manage and plan regular connection via comms and/or events between subsidiaries/HQ and partners. Excellent English language skills essential, proficient in European languages (German, Spanish, French, Italian) a benefit but not required. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional, matrix team environment.Demonstrated project management capabilities.Style of Work: Flexible working hours due to collaboration with different time zones within EMEA.Occasional European travel.
