What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a senior operations management role within the rail or infrastructure sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams. A deep understanding of operational excellence, financial performance, and customer relationship management. A commitment to health, safety, and environmental sustainability. Ability to drive process improvements, implement change management strategies, and enhance efficiency. Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
