Job Title: Mobile commercial gas engineer
Location: Liverpool & Surrounding
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: up to £42,500, On call pay, plenty of OT available
I am currently working on behalf of a large FM and maintenance company, seeking an experienced and qualified commercial gas engineer. This will be a mobile based role covering commercial properties, in Liverpool and surrounding areas. Ideally the candidate should have experience working within commercial environments carrying out all areas of commercial gas maintenance and minor remedial tasks.

Execute installations, repairs, and planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) on commercial systems
Diagnose defects, prepare parts lists, and estimate repair timescales
Participate in the call-out rota for emergency response
Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and industry best practices
Collaborate with the field service team and support internal operational processes
Deliver outstanding customer service and foster strong relationships with clients and colleaguesThe Ideal candidate must have the following:
Full UK driving licence
Relevant commercial certifications, including CODNCO1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CORT1
Experience working in commercial settings
Additional certifications like Catering, IPAF, PASMA, and OFTEC are advantageous but not requiredRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
