The Opportunity Pinewood.AI is looking for experienced members of staff who have worked in a car dealership capacity. This could range from Dealership accountants, Aftersales Advisors and Sales Administrators to come and support our in their company growth. Due to exponential business growth, we currently have a few positions open for you to come and join the Training and Implementation team. Working closely with new and existing clients, you will be responsible for implementing our award-winning Dealership Management System - Pinewood DMS. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in configuring and implementing business critical software. You’ll be detail orientated and have the ability to translate automotive processes into software solutions. This is a customer focused position, and regular travel to customer sites will be a part of your day-to-day role. Requirements What to Expect Implementing Pinewood DMS into new and existing Automotive retailers across the UK and Internationally. Ensuring a high-quality implementation process, and continuously reviewing the way we do things to ensure we deliver high quality implementations each time. Working closely with the customer to understand their needs, setting up and selecting the appropriate parameters, and ensuring the system is set up correctly prior the 'Go Live' date. Providing onsite and remote consultancy to our customer as needed. Delivering informative and clear training sessions to ensure they get the maximum value from the system. To continuously develop your system knowledge- including parameters, functionality, and integrations. About You The ideal person for this role will be an excellent communicator with an ability to collaborate and build relationships with clients and colleagues across the business. You will have a problem-solving mindset and a strong background in the automotive industry. You will need: Strong background in the automotive industry- particularly in a dealership environment A willingness to travel regularly for the job both in the UK and Internationally (up to 80% of your time will be spent on client site) A clean UK driving license. An ability to priorities your own workload and manage multiple projects at once. An understanding of Automotive retail processes Desirable Relevant finance or accounting qualification. E.G. AAT Level 4 Understanding how maintaining the balance sheet, producing annual budgets and providing robust and accurate financial reports can be incorporated into the DMS.
