Building Surveyor – Prestigious Historic Estate
Location: Central London
Hours: 38.75 per week (Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:15 PM)

What’s Needed?
The ideal candidate will have:
* MRICS or equivalent with at least 5 years' PQE
* Experience working with listed and historic buildings
* Experience issuing and preparing Scott Schedules
* Strong project management and budgeting skills
* A background in building surveys, maintenance, and refurbishments
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
The Role
The Building Surveyor will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing a unique portfolio of historic and modern properties. Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting building surveys, repairs, and dilapidations assessments
* Preparing budgets, specifications, and project plans
* Managing refurbishment and improvement projects
* Advising on the maintenance of listed buildings
* Overseeing contractors, compliance, and tenant works
