Regional Head of Service
We have an exceptional opportunity for a Regional Head of Service to lead a team of care professionals within an Autism setting. This is a newly created position as we expand our existing portfolio across our Residential and Supported Living Services.

The postholder will support the Director of Operations to embed the strategic direction of our services, supporting our Operational Service Managers to lead the ongoing development of care provision, through the development and maintenance of high standards of evidence-based care.

What you will be doing…
1. Leading and managing CQC registered services under designated area of responsibility.
2. Hold a CQC registration for delivery of Personal Care as required.
3. Support the Operational Service Managers to register with CQC for Residential Care.
4. Promote Autism Together’s philosophy, values and approaches to its autism services.
5. Provide excellence in quality care delivery and safeguarding systems.
6. Work collaboratively with the Intervention and Assurance teams to monitor quality of care.
7. Support individuals who have an autistic condition using proven strategies.
8. Embed person-centred approaches in the care practices.
9. Develop professional relationships with external agencies, and the people that we support, family members, and friends.
