We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join a leading provider of customer support services based in London.
Salary & Terms
* Salary between £24,000 - 26,000 gross per year depending on experience
* Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive interaction. This is a remote position offering the flexibility to work from your home office.
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy.
* Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer issues.
* Effectively navigate customer support systems and tools.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
* Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Minimum Requirements
* Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
