If you have a passion for production management and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Lead the Way: Take charge of the day-to-day operations, ensuring the team meets site KPIs, targets, and budget goals. Team Development: Lead and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a culture of improvement, performance, and excellence. Collaborative Leadership: Work alongside other departments like procurement and transport to ensure space is utilised effectively and processes run efficiently. Health & Safety First: Be the point of contact for health and safety, ensuring the site adheres to all required regulations. Continuous Improvement: Drive site performance improvements, identify areas for growth, and implement effective changes in partnership with senior production staff and engineering teams. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor machinery performance, track key metrics, and create insightful reports on traceability, rejections, and KPIs. Training & Development: Support the training and development of team members, ensuring they meet compliance and are continuously improving their skills. Skills & Experience Required: Production Management Experience: Minimum 2 years within the FMCG sector is essential. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with excellent communication skills. Self-Starter & Team Player: Able to work independently while also collaborating seamlessly within a team. Counterbalance License: Desirable but not essential. ADZN1_UKTJ
