B&G Energy Ltd are seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team based in Armagh.
Full time role – desired hours 8.30 – 5.00- Monday to Friday
Job Duties:
* Liaising with contractors, subcontractors and directors daily
* Communicate with clients via telephone and email
* Management of subcontractors and CIS/RCT deductions
* Processing weekly and monthly payments for payroll and suppliers
* All other admin duties
Essential Criteria:
* Minimum 2 years experience working in an office background – Desirably in construction but not essential as training will be provided
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
