To work alongside the Asset Manager on the development and continuous improvement of all aspects of the property service team’s repairs and maintenance function.
1. Provide a high quality, efficient, effective, and compliant office management administration service for the repairs function of the property services team.
2. Monitor repairs contracts and contractor's data daily to ensure the delivery of excellent services that demonstrates that both quality and value for money is being delivered.
3. Ensure WIP is managed to deliver SLAs to customers.
4. To ensure robust contractor performance management which includes leading on meetings.
5. Meet with contractors and chair meetings and ensure all contract related paperwork is on record and up to date.
6. Provide monthly repairs KPI data and reports for the Asset Manager and Leadership Team.
7. To act as escalation, point of contact for customers & external organisations and ensure effective liaison with internal and external colleagues
8. To assist with providing data during internal audits for repairs functions and the implementation of audit recommendations.
