Our client, based in the Kings Langley area, is looking to add another team member to their Customer Service team due to growth within the business. (WD4)
They are based within the automotive industry and have been great experts in their field for many years. They are a fun team and take pride in what they do!
Requirements of the role:
1. Providing excellent service to customers, comprehending their requirements, and gaining their loyalty.
2. Maintaining high standards by adhering to the company’s policies and procedures.
3. Showing commitment, acting with uprightness, and being responsible for your work.
4. Demonstrating positivity, being proactive and reactive in a fast-paced environment.
5. Helping keep their internal database up to date.
6. Handling customer enquiries in accordance with the company’s values.
Skills:
1. Previous experience working in customer service.
2. A desire to learn and develop, as they offer many fabulous training opportunities.
3. Being a confident communicator and passionate about assisting others.
4. A need to succeed and contribute within a team.
5. Experience in a motor industry customer service role (not essential).
