Location:
Home working with frequent travel across Aberdeen, Perth and Dundee.
Salary:
£24,000 per annum, working 4 days per week (full-time equivalent is £30,000).
Employment Status:
Fixed Term up to 29th August 2025 - 4 days / 28 hours per week.

The Role
Be part of the AbilityNet and BT Group partnership delivering a nationwide programme of group and 1:1 training sessions designed to upskill digitally excluded people aged 65 and above. These sessions ensure that older people have the confidence and skills they need to make the most of life in the digital world.
Ideal Candidates Will Have the Following:
* Be prepared to travel daily to training locations within the specified region and occasional travel outside of the region.
* Strong digital literacy skills and IT knowledge.
* Experience of training delivery (or presentation skills).
* Excellent personal communication skills.
* Good organisation and administration skills.
* Experienced user of Office 365.
* Experience of the target audience i.e. Charities, older and/or disabled people.

We do this via our network of volunteers supporting disabled and older people to help with their everyday IT. We provide a free helpline so people can ask about how technology can be adapted to meet the needs of disabled people, and we provide free factsheets, blogs, online tools and webinars about the many ways that technology can help disabled and older people.
