IRecruit4 are hiring for a busy Customer Service department in Swindon for a Customer Service Advisor specialising in our clients National Accounts.

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor:
1. Working in a busy customer service team, engaging with customers on the phone, via email and webchat.
2. Working with Third party customers and developing relationships with key clients for the business.
3. Managing key account orders in a timely manner.
4. Working with online systems to manage order processing and tracking information.
5. Co-Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and understand stock levels.
6. Liaising with the Warehouse if there are any dispatch issues.
7. Responding to customer enquiries promptly.
8. Providing key accounts accurate and valid information at all times.
9. Undertaking weekly service calls where you will be asked to produce reports and give presentations when required.
Additional Information:
1. Excellent knowledge of IT systems- including an understanding of CRM systems and Excel.
2. Excellent attention to detail.
3. Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
4. Excellent ability to analyse data and action accordingly.
5. Previous experience in a customer service environment.
6. Have strong problem solving skills.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 17.00
Salary: £30,000 Per Annum.
