Associate Partner – Public Health (Building Services) – London
A London-based multi-disciplinary, property consultancy is seeking an experienced Public Health Engineer (Building Services) to join them as an Associate Partner.
As an Associate Partner, you will play a very important role in helping develop and expand the London Building Services team with new and existing opportunities.
They are currently working on projects ranging from £3 to £100 million across industrial, commercial, educational, residential and healthcare sectors. They deliver their projects to a minimum of BIM level 2 standards.
Duties will include:
Assist with developing Building Services within the company and lead the technical development of the group
Assisting the office Partner to lead and manage the Building Services team
Manage existing clients and develop further opportunities
Be responsible for resourcing and delivering to a financial target
Attend networking events, seminars and business development events to raise awareness of the company.
Design and oversee the implementation of public health engineering projects
Peer review of colleagues works
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including public health professionals, environmental scientists, and community stakeholders
To be considered for this position:
You must have hands-on experience with Public Health Design from a consultancy or contractor background.
Ideally, you will be Chartered or working towards.
Strong knowledge of PH regulations and design principles
Knowledge of current legislation.
