Project valuations range from 50k to 3 million. Current team includes Surveyor’s, Project Managers, H&S Consultants, Architects and juniors / apprentices. Due to continued growth our client is looking to expand their team and therefor is looking to appoint a Senior Cost Manager in the Milton Keynes branch. The position will be working in a fast-paced environment handling numerous tenders / projects from inception to completion across the Home Counties. Senior Cost Manager requirements: Proven experience in consultancy Cost Management Relevant Degree, qualifications Construction background refurbishment & fit out Liaising with both clients and sub-contractors from a design and build perspective Expertise in detailed cost planning, and pre/post-contract activities. In depth understanding of JCT contracts Strong communication, reporting, and client liaison skills.
