Role Overview The Solutions Architect – AI will provide technical leadership and be responsible for enabling new AI offerings across Steam Thermal Solutions. The post-holder will be responsible for the vision that underlies the solution and execution of that vision into solution through the system development lifecycle. They will provide technical leadership and guidance on best practice, opportunities and threats in the CRM/FSM space, working closely with Product Owners. Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On… Working with the implementation partners and internal teams to ensure solutions are aligned with the requirements and wider needs of the business Leading pre-project scoping and cross-demands, cross-functions and cross-organisational alignment activities Contributing to business case creation and roadmap planning of new projects Translating business and technical requirements into viable business solutions; presenting and communicating proposed solutions to both IT and non-IT stakeholders to obtain approval Leading solutions identification evaluation, facilitating business facing and technical product demo sessions Facilitating solution design workshops and document proposed solutions Guiding implementation partners ad internal teams in defining desired solutions Researching and evaluating new technologies and trends; providing recommendations to support in the continuous improvement of architecture processes and ways of working Your Previous Experience Is Likely To Include….
