Job Description
* Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring delivery of efficient and effective HR services.
* Manage complex casework.
* Support HR team in ER.
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
* Assess and anticipate HR-related needs, developing integrated solutions.
* Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
* Proven working experience in HR management or other HR senior roles.
* Excellent knowledge of employee relations.
* Healthcare or public sector background would be ideal but not essential.
* Proficient understanding of labour law and HR best practices.
* Excellent leadership and people management skills.
* Ability to start in the next few weeks.
