* Strong technical knowledge within the Insurance industry, especially the corporate market.
* Understanding of the impact and requirements of relevant regulatory bodies and legislation, along with market trends.
* Solution-oriented, with the ability to think and act strategically and operationally for the long term.
* Team player with successful collaboration skills across the GCS Business.
