Training course: Business administrator (level 3)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm with alternating Saturday mornings. 40 hours a week

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Sales and Lettings teams, ensuring effective coordination of tasks and processes.
Assist with the preparation and organization of client meetings, property viewings, and relevant documentation.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Maintain and update client records, contracts, and property listings in our system.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, property viewings, and meetings for the team.
Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, property brochures, and online listings.
Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Ensure smooth communication between departments and facilitate a seamless working environment.
Provide general support to the team to meet business objectives and deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (preferred but not essential).
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within a sales or lettings environment, is a plus.
