Responsibilities
Account Management/Operational Responsibilities:
* Manage existing client accounts and develop relationships
* Manage large volume of email and phone enquiries daily
* Ensure complaints are handled in line with company procedures.
* Prepare accurate quotes and schedules using bespoke system and excel ensure all project information is communicated to all team members.
* Update client records ensuring current information is always available.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of the clients’ needs and manage them through to delivery.
* Obtain client feedback after each event and report to senior management
* Assist with management of external suppliers.
* Work closely with the Operation Manager to link the Account Management and Scheduling teams to ensure both client and staff needs are met
* Ensuring accreditation for events is complete.
* Fleet management of company vehicles.
Recruitment Responsibilities:
* Filter daily calls and emails from applicants to ensure the right candidates are guided towards the appropriate vacancies
* Support the Showforce recruiting manager in identifying new means of targeting suitable candidates.
* Advertise job adverts for crew on various websites.
* Filter applications and arrange people to book in for interviews.
* Support with the onboarding process including checking all documents and right to work in the UK.
* Managing the CRM database to ensure records are updated and accurate.
Salary- £22,000 to £25,000 Depending on experience.

* Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Word
