You will focus on completing sprint deliverables whilst engaging and leading, you will have good stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence. This role can be based anywhere in Europe Your main responsibilities - Understand the application's value chain and stakeholders. - Visit customers to understand their needs and behaviors. - Analyze profit pools, trends, and competition. - Define and manage products, including end-of-life and health monitoring. - Develop and coordinate multi-year application strategies. - Identify new growth opportunities and pilot new ideas. - Monitor costs, prioritize, and implement cost-saving measures. - Set prices, enable sales force, develop tools, and monitor performance. - Create P&L, monitor KPIs, and contribute to financial planning. - Identify and manage application-related risks. - Coordinate with stakeholders and create communication materials. - Ensure sustainability targets are met and comply with regulations. - Set lead times, manage inventory, and optimize manufacturing capacity. Your background: As our new Lead application solution Manager, you will have deep technical and practical knowledge within a similar industry across a global matrix organisation. We imagine you may also have: - Master's degree or equivalent preferred with several years of relevant experience - Fluent in English - Proven ability to manage business priorities and processes - Influence senior leaders effectively - Track record of driving profitable initiatives - Experience with digital solutions - Initiate and manage customer-centric projects What's in it for you?
