We have an Electrician vacancy, working for a well-established property maintenance contractor, covering the London and surrounding areas. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a permanently employed role down the line.
In return, the successful Electrician will receive:
1. £25+ per hour (self-employed payment available)
2. Company van and fuel card provided
3. Permanent employment offered (circa £40,000 - £45,000 per annum)
As the Electrician, you will be responsible for:
1. Carry out testing and inspecting on domestic properties
2. EICR's, fault finding, accessory changes, etc.
The successful Electrician MUST have:
1. AM2
2. 18th edition
3. 2391
4. Level 3 Electrician
5. Full UK Driving license
6. Relevant social housing experience
