Using TEAMS software and Floor Plan Creator to complete all work electronically. Working 80% in domestic settings, focusing on private properties (no housing association or council work). Managing your own schedule, typically surveying three 3-bedroom houses per day, finishing around 3:30-4:00 PM. Travelling directly from home to site, with minimal office visitssamples are posted rather than dropped off.
