Job Description

We are looking for calm, resourceful, and energetic individuals who are highly motivated, hardworking, and keen to support older people in a proactive and holistic manner. You will have well-honed skills in positive communication and engagement, and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for all our service users. You will support people to maintain a healthy state of wellbeing, mentally, physically, and emotionally. You will empower individuals to be happy, healthy, and successful in achieving their life goals.
Responsibilities
1. Provide support with personal care and domestic tasks.
2. Support individuals to access work, education, and social opportunities.
3. Work in a flexible manner on a roster basis, including evenings.
Previous experience, whilst desirable, is not necessary – what we need most from you is gumption and a can-do attitude.
Training and Benefits
