Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law, ensuring compliance and consistency across the business. Assist in the full recruitment cycle—from crafting job descriptions and conducting interviews to supporting smooth onboarding processes. Handle and advise on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management matters, ensuring fair and effective resolutions. Collaborate with managers to identify skills gaps and training needs, facilitating development programs that align with business objectives. Analyse key HR metrics to provide insights that support strategic workforce planning and decision-making. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and internal policies, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. About You: We are seeking a well-organised, approachable, and solution-focused HR professional. You should have a strong foundation in HR practices, with a real passion for creating a positive work environment and implementing HR strategies that make a difference. Essential Criteria: Proven experience in a similar HR Adviser or HR generalist role. Solid understanding of UK employment law and best HR practices. Experience managing employee relations issues with a focus on fairness and timely resolutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and managers at all levels. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven approach to problem-solving.
