An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a well-established and highly respected national organisation within the wholesale industry. This company plays a crucial role in supporting independent wholesalers across the UK, helping them to grow and thrive, and has a fantastic reputation within their field.

Role:
As the Administrator, you will join an existing team of 5 that are friendly and sociable but also know when to get their head down, and they work well as team.
You will have a natural ability to work reactively when required and will frequently find the need to multitask and prioritise efficiently, but still maintain the highest levels of accuracy.
Day to day in the position of Administrator, you will be expected to:
Input and maintain the internal database including trading agreements, supplier turnover details, supplier pricing and other key supplier details
Prepare invoicing paperwork related to trading agreements
Generate and maintain reports as required
Handle queries from both suppliers and members
Collaborate with internal departments
Assist with projects
Assist in inputting and collating results for incentives
Manage and update company documents
Organise meetings and diary schedules for the Commercial Team, as well as organise travel arrangements and help coordinate company trade show events
Carry out general administrative tasks and provide ad hoc commercial support as and when circumstances dictate Requirements:
To be successful as the Administrator, strong data input experience is essential, as well as a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will also ideally have a minimum 2 years of data input and 2 years in an administrative role.
In addition to the above, you will also demonstrate:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
IT literate, with the ability to use databases and reporting systems
Organised and able to multi-task effectively
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines Additional Information:
