We will accept part-time and full-time applicants.
For non-drivers, we offer subsidised transport from Luton Central and Stevenage Central.
Pay Rate: £12.58 - £12.80 per hour + enhancements on weekends and Bank Holidays.

About us:
Stagenhoe is a Brainkind specialist neurological care centre based in Hertfordshire, caring for people aged 18 and over with a range of neurological conditions. At Stagenhoe, we provide the care people need to optimise their health and wellbeing, maximise their independence, and support their emotional and social needs.
Our assessment centres, rehabilitation units, and hospitals use expert neurorehabilitation to support and help improve the lives of people with a neurological condition or brain injury.
About the role:
1. Working with other team members to ensure optimum cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and functional recovery. Ensuring that rehabilitation goals, strategies, and procedures are implemented and reinforced.
2. Monitoring the physical and emotional well-being of all clients in order to be aware of changes and to alert senior colleagues, as necessary. Assisting in maintaining the morale of clients through communication and contact.
3. Ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
4. Reviewing and making suggestions to enhance the individuals’ experience. Challenging practice as appropriate and supporting junior and new staff.
5. Promoting choice in the delivery of care and support. Enabling concerns and complaints to be raised freely by the individual and/or their representatives.
6. Supporting service users to have their views and experiences considered in the way the service is provided and delivered.
7. Facilitating the safe and smooth running of the service, maintaining a safe working environment, service user confidentiality, and occasionally taking on reasonable additional tasks.
About you:
1. Proven experience of working within a team.
2. Numeracy and literacy skills.
3. IT skills including accessing and using the internet, email, and word processing.
