HVAC Contracts Manager
My well-established client is looking for an AC Contracts Manager / Air Conditioning Contracts Manager / HVAC Contracts Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Secure future work and expand the current network of clients, including growing the A/C department workforce as required.
2. Order A/C equipment necessary for project work.
3. Ensure that an adequate workforce is available to enable completion of contracts schedule of work.
4. Provide technical support.
5. Hold regular review meetings and review labour requirements with upper management.
6. Ensure all personnel recruitment and induction procedures are completed to comply with relevant legislation, i.e., Health & Safety at work.
7. Maintain contractual records and documentation, including receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports, and other documents for all projects.
8. Ensure contract close-out, extension, or renewal.
9. Provide clients with appropriate documentation (i.e., Risk Assessments and Methods Statements) as required.
10. Identify training needs (i.e., training matrix) and arrange for personnel to attend necessary courses in conjunction with upper management.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Must be organized and able to prioritize a busy workload, motivated enough to work alone when required.
3. Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
4. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including client management.
5. Prepare clear and concise reports.
