Brand New hotel opening early 2025 The Front Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and guest services within our establishment. This position is responsible for overseeing daily front office activities, managing staff, and providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures. Manage and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency. Ensure the front office is well-organised and maintained to create a welcoming environment for guests. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Monitor occupancy rates and assist in managing reservations effectively. Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions. Skills Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable; bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in hotel management or guest services is essential. Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required for effective interaction with guests and staff alike.
