For? Following our recent success and strong order book with our key client Southern Water, RSE are delighted to welcome applications for Mechanical Fitters to join our Asset Management & Technical Services division on a permanent basis. You will be joining a team that is experienced, working on Southern Water projects across the region.
Your role will involve all aspects of maintenance tasks. Some of Your Key Duties Include:
1. The ability to work as part of a team.
2. The ability to follow concise and clear instructions accurately.
3. Work safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others.
4. Awareness of quality, environmental, health and safety processes and requirements.
5. Willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the elements.
What Do You Need?
1. SVQ/NVQ Level 3 OR City and Guilds Qualified
2. Possess a mechanical understanding and knowledge of Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Hydrostatic systems.
3. The ability to understand and use schematics and maintenance drawings to analyse, assess, and find faults within these systems.
4. To be organised and have the ability to plan a sequence of events, which are required to remove and reinstall components within a working system.
5. Capable of self-checking work and to possess high personal standards with respect to Environment, Quality and Health & Safety.
6. Full UK Driving Licence
