Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Northern Account Director to manage and grow an existing client base by renewing services and generating additional revenue through proactive upselling and cross-selling of products and services. The role covers the Northern regions, including Lancashire, Cheshire, Yorkshire, and Staffordshire, and involves managing clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of existing clients, focusing on renewing services and increasing revenue.
2. Achieve monthly GP, churn, and product penetration targets.
3. Drive additional revenues through upselling and cross-selling within the portfolio.
4. Develop and deliver tailored proposals and presentations.
5. Increase wallet share by identifying new service opportunities.
6. Manage the sales process from needs analysis to closing deals and handing over to the Provisioning Team.
7. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
8. Proactively review and optimize clients' current services using CRM tools.
9. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the flagship product and effectively present it to clients.
10. Ensure productivity and performance KPIs are met.
11. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by engaging through various communication channels.
12. Utilize CRM systems according to company policies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
1. Minimum of 2 years field-based management experience.
2. Leasing experience is essential.
3. Proven track record of professional growth.
4. Highly organized with a results-driven approach.
5. Strong presentation skills and ability to influence at all levels.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Exceptional customer relationship management capabilities.
