We are a busy pub right on the edge of the historic Borough Market on London Bridge. The coolest pub around and with an epic beer range and atmosphere to match.
The food you ask? We have a clay pizza oven firing away in the Yard and some of the juiciest burgers flying off the grill in the kitchen.

We’re after a sharp, fast-moving burger chef who can handle the heat and run the kitchen like a boss. This isn’t your standard back-of-house gig—you’ll be solo on the grill three days a week, ideally on double shifts, then off for the rest of the week. It’s all about smashing out quality burgers, quick service, and keeping things tight.
If you’ve worked in fast-paced burger joints or high-volume kitchens and love the buzz of a busy service, this is your kind of kitchen.
The Role:

Lead the kitchen and run the grill solo three days a week

Ideally doing three double shifts, then four days off

Must be quick on the line—speed and consistency are key

What we’re looking for:

Fast-paced kitchen experience—ideally from a busy burger restaurant or fast food setup
*
Able to work quickly under pressure without dropping standards
*
Confident running the kitchen solo and making calls when it gets busy
*
Obsessed with quality and speed—get food out fast, hot, and right
*
Takes health and safety seriously—clean, organised, and on top of hygiene standards
*
Willing to learn, dependable, and up for being part of a tight crew
*
Organised, switched-on, and ready to take ownership of your shifts
