An exciting opportunity has arisen for a knowledgeable and committed individual to become a Business Support Officer providing administrative support to our student attendance department within All Saints Catholic College.
Applicants must be able to handle a variety of tasks quickly, efficiently and calmly, and be able to work to tight deadlines, having excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills.
The successful candidate will be undertaking tasks relating to data input, after-school activities, displays and other areas of admin. You will also provide cover on both our main and student receptions. Please see the context sheet for more details.
You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and highly efficient service including dealing with enquiries from staff, students and external agencies in a courteous, efficient and professional manner.
