Role Description
Our Birmingham office was established just under three years ago and the portfolio of work and clients has grown significantly.
We are looking to recruit an Associate Director / Director to take an office lead role in assisting to grow the business and team further as part of our five-year business plan. This will be a strategic appointment for Nexus with the successful candidate working with other directors in the business to deliver focussed growth. The company works collaboratively between our five office locations. Whilst based in our central Birmingham office you will have the opportunity to work on projects across the UK.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
* Over 6 years of post-qualification experience in town planning.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
* Experience in project managing complex development proposals.
* Chartered Membership of the RTPI.
