Job Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
* Providing robust support on employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
* Managing the recruitment and selection process
* Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
* Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
* Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
* Maintaining pay plan and benefits program
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
* A level 7 CIPD qualification
* Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
* In-depth knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development etc.)
* Understanding of UK employment law and disciplinary procedures
* Experience of managing and leading a team
Work Environment
Please note - this is an on-site role and will be office based Monday - Friday.
