The Successful Applicant

10. Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. π
11. Industry Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in material science or engineering, with a focus on metals and plastics. π
12. Specialised Knowledge: Proficiency in copper, stainless steel, and aluminium powder. An understanding of conductive alloys selection, including coating and finishing. π§ͺ
13. Supplier Evaluation Skills: Experience in evaluating and selecting potential suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability. π€
14. Manufacturing Process Insight: Familiarity with metals and plastic manufacturing processes, contributing to efficient and innovative production methods. π
15. Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of technical regulations such as UL, CSA, IEC, and CCC. Additional knowledge in these areas is desirable. π
16. Technical Proficiency: Interest and expertise in powder metallurgy and additive manufacturing are highly desirable. π€
